1. Definitions
- User: any individual or legal entity using the MosquitoBang website.
- Website: the MosquitoBang website and information pages connected with BANG SRL.
- Content: any information, data, text, software, music, sound, photo, image, video, message, logo, graphic or other material available on the website.
- Service: any service presented or requested through the website, including automatic mosquito systems, pest control, sanitization, bird control, inspections and contact requests.
- Contract: any agreement between BANG SRL and the user, separate from simple website browsing, governing the supply of services or products.

These terms apply to users of the MosquitoBang website, including registered and non-registered users if registration functions are present or activated in the future.

The A.N.I.D. logo and any certifications shown are displayed in connection with BANG SRL membership, qualification or certification, under the applicable authorizations and conditions.
Users may not copy, download, reuse, modify, distribute or publish website contents without written authorization from BANG SRL or the respective rights holders.
7. Function of the contents
The website content explains, in a partial and promotional way, pest control, sanitization, bird control, authorized product installation and automatic mosquito control systems. The content does not fully describe the technical operation of the services and does not replace inspections, professional assessments or specific contractual documentation.
Services are not sold automatically through the website. Users may request information or free inspections, which BANG SRL will confirm based on availability, area, timing and technical assessment.

The user may send a request through the form, phone, WhatsApp or email. Sending a request does not create any purchase obligation. BANG SRL may contact the user for clarification, technical checks, inspections or commercial proposals.
